I ran a mile and a half yesterday. Then went to cozymels and ate so it might have defeated the whole running purpose.
About Coach Cal give the man a break! If he wants to take a better job the let the man take a better job. Wouldn't you be happy for one of your friends if they got their dream job? I know I would be. But seriously did they really have to have breaking news to chase the man from his house to the airport??? I mean give me a break. He did wonderful things for the University of Memphis but all good things must come to an end right?

Good job on the run!! I am with you about Coach Cal. I'm sad he's leaving but he is going to the BEST college basketball program! Good for him!
