Gossip Central
I officially work at Gossip Central. I never thought it could be worse than in high school but it soooo is. Adults are so much worse than highschoolers. How is that? All I know is I am absolutely sick of it. It has caused so many fights between co-workers and caused people not to talk. I think it is ridiculous. I don't know if its the business I work in or what. But I need a vacation! So I am taking tomorrow off. ( I had already had planned this day off.) Is it like this everywhere or just where I work??

Attention callers
Dear rude customers who call a place of business,
Please do not yell at the receptionist for when you do it makes us not want to help you. I am sorry that your car has a flat tire and is on the side of the road. I did not slash your tires last night to cause this terrible thing to happen to you, therefore yelling at me is not going to help your situation. I understand your angry and I'm sorry about your situation but if you will calmly explain your situation I will be glad to direct your call to the appropriate party, but screaming in my ear does NOT help at all. It just frustrates me as well. Also, if someone doesnt not answer after I transfer you to this person, please please feel free to leave a message. I cannot see where Suzy went to if she is not sitting at her desk nor do I know if Suzy is sitting at her desk. I can only see what is in front of me. I also cannot get up and go find that person to let them know that you are on the phone (trust me many times I would LOVE to do this)because then all of the other calls would go unanswered. I do not know if the parts dept is taking a nap and not answering calls I cannot see through walls. You also don't need to tell me that you would like to talk to a LIVE person. I will assure you we have no dead people working here so live people is all you get. If they are away from their desk, again leave a message and they will call you back. You do not have to call every 5 min. to check to see if they are back yet. Also when you are calling please try to make it breif for I have a multi line phone which means I have more than one line ringing at a time . So when you call I dont care that your car is blue and you bought it back in 1995 and it had 4 doors and 4 tires just tell me that you need service. And lastly I cannot see the dealership down the street to see if their telephone number is on the sign. I do know however that if you dial 411 that there is an operator who will be glad to look that information up for you.
